General Terms and Conditions

How to order  - Add the products you require to the shopping basket.  After you have selected everything you wish to purchase proceed to the checkout area, by clicking on the 'Shopping basket' wording at the top of the website.  Your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from Faysuk Ltd. Please take care when placing your order, as you will be unable to add or amend your order after we have sent the Order Acknowledgement email. The Order Acknowledgement contains details of the goods you have ordered, the total cost of the order including postage, packaging and an order number. The Order Acknowledgement e-mail also constitutes the VAT receipt for your goods. You should keep this e-mail as you will need to refer to it when contacting regarding your order.

Minimum Order - There is no minimum order requirement.

Payment Details - Acceptable methods of payment are personal/bankers cheque or postal order or by credit or debit card through Paypal. Please note that payment will need to be cleared before the order can be sent. Each item is individually quoted for the VAT rate.


Postage and Packaging -  We send items UK to Europe. Packages are sent by Royal Mail except when over 1kg basket weight when parcel will be sent by courier. Food will be freshly made therefore allow a minimum of 48 hours before postage. To be on the safe side allow a weeks timescale before needing parcel to avoid any disappointments.


Privacy Policy -  We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The information that we ask  you to provide when you order is used to be able to send your order to you or to contact you if we have a query with your order.  Cookies are stored and contain data such as session start and end time. Cookies do not store personal data such as customers name, addresses or payment details. A session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. After 24 hours cookies are deleted from your computer. We do not pass on your details to anyone else.


Events beyond our reasonable control - We will not be responsible for any delay or failure arising from any event outside of our control.  Such events include (but are not limited to) fires, floods,  earthquakes, storms, natural disasters, war, civil unrest,  acts of terrorism or malicious damage to or destruction of our premises, equipment or goods.


Governing Law - This agreement is governed by English Law unless you live in Scotland in which case it will be governed by Scots Law. Each of us agrees to bring legal action relating to these Terms of Sale or Returns policy  only in a UK court of Law.
